For facilities

A team forfeits. Post the side and play the game anyway.

1. Post a whole side from the desk. Seven by default, or whatever the division needs, with Women (NB) and a keeper counted separately. The team does not have to be on Turf Wire.
2. Free agents fill it. Players free that night hear right away and claim spots. You approve them, or let the desk approve on its own.
3. Watch the count. Every posting shows 4 of 7 filled, so you know before kickoff whether the game is on.

What the desk gets

• A week view of the facility's games, with that week's forfeits listed.
• A forfeit button on every manager's schedule that lands on your desk, with the posting form one tap away.
• Contact details shared only between the desk and the player it approved. Nobody else sees them.
• Staff accounts for everyone who works the counter.
